The 2021 Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships was the 37th edition of the Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships, which took place on 9–13 June 2021 at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna, Bulgaria. Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships
The Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships are the European championships for the sport of rhythmic gymnastics. They were first held in 1978. The European Championships and the European Junior Championships were united in 1993. Prior to 2006, they were called the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. The competition is organised by the European Union of Gymnastics. Natalie Raits ( he, נטלי רייץ, born 1 July 2002) is an Israeli group rhythmic gymnast. Early life Raits was born in Israel. She began training in gymnastics at age 4. Career Her head coach is Ira Vigdorchik. In 2016 Raits came in second in the all-around juniors competition at the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament in Corbeil-Essonnes, France. Nicol Zelikman ( he, ניקול זליקמן; born January 30, 2001) is a former Israeli individual rhythmic gymnast. She is a two-time medalist at the 2016 European Junior Championships. Early life Zelikman was born and raised in Kfar Saba, Israel. Her grandparents, father, and mother were born in Baku, Soviet Azerbaijan. They had lived there, met and married; and in 1993 they moved to Russia, and then immigrated to Israel. She has a twin brother and two older brothers.
