2021 Miami Open – Men's Doubles
Nikola Mektić and Mate Pavić defeated Dan Evans and Neal Skupski in the final, 6–4, 6–4, to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2021 Miami Open. The second-seeded duo did not drop a set en route to the title and became the first all-Croatian team to win the Miami Open. Pavić also usurped Robert Farah for the ATP No. 1 doubles ranking by winning the title after Farah lost in the second round. Nikola Mektić
Nikola Mektić (born 24 December 1988) is a Croatian professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. He is a two-time Grand Slam champion, having won the 2021 Wimbledon Championships in men's doubles partnering compatriot Mate Pavić, and the 2020 Australian Open with Barbora Krejčíková in mixed doubles. Mektić also finished runner-up at the 2020 US Open with Wesley Koolhof and at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships with Pavić in men's doubles, and the 2018 US Open with Alicja Rosolska in mixed doubles. He became world No. 1 in men's doubles in October 2021, the second Croatian to reach this ranking. Marcelo Arévalo González (; born October 17, 1990) is a Salvadoran professional tennis player. He is the current world No. 1 in doubles by the ATP, achieved on 11 November 2024 and has a career-high singles ranking of No. 139, attained in April 2018, making him the highest-ranked player, male or female, across both disciplines in Salvadoran tennis history. Édouard Roger-Vasselin (; born 28 November 1983) is a French professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. Henri Kontinen (; born 19 June 1990) is a Finnish former professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. After being forced to end his singles career at a young age due to injuries, having reached a career-high ranking of No. 220, Kontinen became a successful doubles player. Dušan Lajović ( sr-Cyrl, Душан Лајовић; born 30 June 1990) is a Serbian professional tennis player. On 29 April 2019, he reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 23. On 21 September 2020, he peaked at No. 82 in the doubles rankings. Lajović has won two singles and two doubles titles on the ATP Tour.
