2021 FC Edmonton Season
The 2021 FC Edmonton season was the club's tenth competitive season as well as their third in the Canadian Premier League. Overview The 2021 season was very disappointing for FC Edmonton. Edmonton's average home attendance of 961 was by far the lowest in the league, and the team finished in 7th out of 8 teams. Additionally, the club shut down its academy. However, there were some bright spots, including young Canadian forward Easton Ongaro who became the league's all-time top goalscorer this season, and secured a transfer to Romania after the season ended. FC Edmonton
FC Edmonton was a Canadian professional Association football, soccer club based in Edmonton, Alberta. The club was founded in 2010 and competed in the North American Soccer League (2011–2017), North American Soccer League (NASL) from 2011 to 2017. The club went on hiatus when NASL ceased competitive operations before the cancelled 2018 season. San Antonio FC
San Antonio FC is a professional soccer club based in San Antonio, Texas. It competes in the USL Championship, the second-highest level of the United States soccer league system, as a member of the Western Conference. History San Antonio FC was awarded the thirty-first USL franchise on January 7, 2016. Hunter Gorskie
Hunter J. Gorskie (born June 27, 1991) is an American professional soccer player. Career Youth, college and amateur Gorskie grew up in Marlboro Township, New Jersey and played soccer at Marlboro High School, where he set the career record in assists and is ranked second in career goals. He played club soccer for the Player Development Academy of New Jersey before committing to Stanford University where he played for four years. In 2009, Gorskie started all 20 games for the Cardinal and helped them to nine clean sheets, including three in the Pac-10 tournament and two in the NCAA Tournament. In 2010, Gorskie made 16 appearances, including four starts, and helped the Cardinal defense to a 1.14 goals against average. Saah Tboy "T-Boy" Fayia (born February 1, 2001) is a Liberian footballer who plays as a defender for the St. Albert Impact in League1 Alberta. Early life Fayia was born in Monrovia, Liberia, but grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. Fayia began playing youth soccer at age five with Edmonton Strikers SC. Afterwards, he played for Sherwood Park SA.
