2019–20 TT Pro League

	2019–20 TT Pro League The 2019–20 TT Pro League season is the 21st season of the TT Pro League, the Trinidad and Tobago professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1999. A total of eleven teams are contesting the league, with W Connection the defending champions from the 2018 season. League play officially started on 13 December 2019 and was originally to end in April 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Trinidad and Tobago, the league was cut short and Defence Force were crowned champions virtue of being top of the league by the time of cancellation. It was their first title since the 2012–13 season. Changes from the 2018 season Cunupia FC were admitted into the league, bringing the total number of teams to eleven. 	TT Pro League The TT Pro League (formerly known as the Professional Football League) is the Trinidad and Tobago professional league for association football clubs. It is the country's primary football competition and serves as the top division in the Trinidad and Tobago football league system. Contested by ten clubs, the league is one of the world's few football leagues that does not operate on an automatic system of promotion and relegation. Seasons run from September to May, with teams playing 18 games each totaling 90 games in the season. Most games are played in the evenings of Fridays (''Super Fridays'') and Saturdays (''Fiesta Saturdays''), with a few games played during weekday evenings. The season began on 14 September 2012 and ended on 10 May 2013 with the crowning of Defence Force as the league champion. 	Ato Boldon Stadium The Ato Boldon Stadium is an athletics and football stadium located in Balmain, Couva, Trinidad and Tobago. It is currently the home ground of Central and Club Sando. 	Morvant Caledonia United Morvant Caledonia United (formerly known as Caledonia AIA) is a professional football team in Trinidad and Tobago's top-level TT Pro League. It is based in Morvant; its home stadium is Hasely Crawford Stadium.
