2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship
The 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship was the 6th edition of the CONCACAF Under-17 Championship (19th edition if all eras included), the men's under-17 international association football, football tournament organized by CONCACAF. It was hosted in the United States between 1 May and 16 May 2019. The top four teams qualified for the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil as CONCACAF representatives. Mexico national under-17 football team, Mexico were the defending champions, and won a fourth consecutive title. Qualified teams The format for qualification had changed since the 2017 CONCACAF U-17 Championship qualifying, 2017 edition. 2011 CONCACAF U-17 Championship
The 2011 CONCACAF U-17 Championship determined the four CONCACAF representatives to advance to the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico. Jamaica staged the championship between 14 and 27 February. The United States defeated Canada 3–0 in the final to claim their third championship. Qualified teams Mexico did not participate. Squads Draw The draw for the final tournament took place on December 15 in Montego Bay, Jamaica, dividing the 12 sides into four, three-team groups. Due to a decision of the CONCACAF Youth Championships Committee, Pot 1 was reconfigured from the original announcement. The competition was used to determine the four CONCACAF representatives at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile. The competition was hosted by Honduras.
