The event was also known as the 2019 Suhandinata Cup. China was the 13-time defending champions in this event. 43 countries representing all five continental federations competed in this event. Kazan Gymnastics Center
The Kazan Gymnastics Center (russian: центр гимнастики Казань), is an indoor sports arena in Kazan, Russia. Built for 2013 Summer Universiade, it was inaugurated on 14 November 2012. Kunlavut Vitidsarn ( th, กุลวุฒิ วิทิตศานต์; simply known as View ( th, วิว); born 11 May 2001) is a Thai badminton player. He was three-times World Junior champion, winning in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Vitidsarn became the first men's singles player to win three World Junior Championships titles, joining Ratchanok Intanon and Chen Qingchen as a three-time winner of the World Junior title in the same discipline. He claimed the gold medal at the Asian Junior Championships in 2019, where he previously won a silver in 2018 and bronze in 2017. Lalinrat Chaiwan ( th, ลลินรัตน์ ไชยวรรณ; born Pattarasuda Chaiwan ( th, ภัทรสุดา ไชยวรรณ), 21 February 2001) is a Thai badminton player. Juliette Moinard (born 25 June 2001) is a French badminton player who competes in international level events. Her highest achievement is winning two gold medals at the 2018 European Junior Badminton Championships in Tallinn partnering with Fabien Delrue in the mixed doubles and she has won multiple titles with him. Benyapa Aimsaard ( th, เบญญาภา เอี่ยมสอาด; born 29 August 2002) is a Thai badminton player. Career Aimsaard educated at the Demonstration School of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. She entered the international circuit in 2015, at a very young age of 13. At the Asian U–15 Junior Championships, she finished as mixed doubles runner-up with Setthanan Piyawatcharavijit. At the age of 15, she was able to compete in the senior international tournament, by becoming a finalist in the 2017 Lao International Series. Daniel Marthin
Daniel Marthin (born 31 July 2001) is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with Djarum club since 2015. He was a champion at the 2019 Asian and World Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event. Marthin was part of Indonesia winning team at the 2020 Thomas Cup. Career Since junior, Marthin has focused on playing in the doubles category. In 2016, he won the U–17 Jakarta Open Junior Championships partnered with Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma.
