Goh Liu Ying
Goh Liu Ying (; born 30 May 1989) is a Malaysian former badminton player. She had been consistently ranked among the top 10 mixed doubles player in the world with her partner, Chan Peng Soon. Together, they were ranked as high as world No. 3. They won the silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Early life Goh was born on 30 May 1989 in Alor Gajah, Malacca to Goh Chak Whee and Yong Oi Lin. She has two younger brothers, Goh Qi Hao and Goh Qi Liang. Both of them studied at SMK Munshi Abdullah in 5SN1. She first started training in badminton at the age of 10. She enrolled into the Bukit Jalil Sports School when she was 13 years old. Goh Soon Huat
Goh Soon Huat (; born 27 June 1990) is a Malaysian badminton player. He was a part of the Malaysia team that won bronze in the men's team event at the Incheon 2014 Asian Games. He switched to mixed doubles and paired up with Shevon Jemie Lai due to a lack of performance in the singles department. His best achievement is winning the mixed doubles title at the 2018 Singapore Open with Lai, where they beat the 2016 Olympic gold medalists Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir in the final in straight games. Gabby Adcock
Gabrielle Marie Adcock (née White; born 30 September 1990) is an English retired badminton player. Career Gabby started playing badminton aged 10 in the badminton club at her school and became a full-time player straight from school at 16. She competes in badminton as a doubles specialist. In 2007, she won a bronze medal at the European Junior Badminton Championships in girls' doubles event partnered with Mariana Agathangelou. At the 2007 BWF World Junior Championships, she won a silver medal in mixed doubles event partnered with Chris Adcock. They were defeated by Lim Khim Wah and Ng Hui Lin of Malaysia in the finals round with the score 25–23, 20–22, and 19–21. Chris Adcock
Christopher Thomas Adcock (born 27 April 1989) is a retired English badminton player. Adcock is currently sponsored by Yonex and YC Sports and plays for the University of Nottingham-based NBL team. He entered the National team in 2006, and later won the boys' doubles and mixed team titles at the 2007 European Junior Championships. He was a World Championships medalists winning a silver in 2011 with Imogen Bankier and a bronze in 2017 with Gabby Adcock. Together with Gabby, he also won a silver medal at the 2007 World Junior Championships, and then claimed the gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 2014 and 2018; and at the European Championships in 2017 and 2018. Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja
Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja (born 28 December 1993) is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with PB Djarum since 2007. She was the 2011 Indonesia National and World Junior Champions in the mixed doubles event. For her achievements, Widjaja was awarded as the best Djarum player of the year. She won her first senior international title in 2014 Macau Open Grand Prix Gold. Tse Ying Suet
Tse Ying Suet (, born 9 November 1991) is a Hong Kong badminton player. She was a gold medalist in the 2025 Asian Championships, a silver medalist in the 2018 Asian Games, and two-time bronze medalists in the World Championships. Tse is a four-time Olympian. She competed at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's doubles event (with Poon Lok Yan), and the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics in the mixed doubles event (with Tang Chun Man). Tang Chun Man
Jordan Tang Chun Man (, born 20 March 1995) is a Hong Kong badminton player. He started playing badminton at the age of seven, and joined the national team when he was 18. He was a 2025 Asian Championships gold medalist, 2018 Asian Games silver medalist, and two-time bronze medalists in the World Championships. He won his first title in the 2016 Chinese Taipei Masters partnering with Tse Ying Suet. Early life Tang studied at NTWJWA Leung Sing Tak Primary School and Diocesan Boys' School. Lauren Smith (badminton)
Lauren Smith (born 26 September 1991) is an English badminton player. She competed for England in the women's doubles and mixed team events at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where she won a bronze and silver medal respectively. In 2016, she represented Great Britain at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Teamed-up with Gabby Adcock, she won the women's doubles gold medals at the English National Badminton Championships in 2013 and 2014. Marcus Ellis (born 14 September 1989) is a British badminton player. He was the men's doubles champion in the English National Championships. Chae Yoo-jung
Chae Yoo-jung (; born 9 May 1995) is a South Korean badminton player who affiliated with Incheon International Airport team. She is the daughter of former singles player Kim Bok-sun. She won the mixed doubles title at the 2023 World Championships. Chae was a part of the Korean national team that won the world mixed team championships at the 2017 Sudirman Cup. Career Chae started playing badminton in 2005, affected by her mother Kim Bok-sun, who is also a South Korean badminton player.
