Khalifa International Stadium (, , ) is a multi-purpose stadium located in Doha, Qatar, around west from the centre of Doha. Deshabandu Robosingho Arachchilage Don Sugath Thilakaratne (born July 30, 1973), commonly as Sugath Thilakaratne, is a Sri Lankan retired sprinter and a politician. Specialized in the 400 metres, Thilakaratne is the current record holder for the 400m event at the Asian Athletics Championships. Personal life Thilakaratne was born on 30 July 1973 in Norton Bridge, Nuwara Eliya. His mother was M. G. R. Lisinona and his father was R. A. Appuhamy. Thilakaratne has three brothers: R. A. MCPO Muhammed Anas Yahiya (born 17 September 1994) is an Indian sprinter who specialises in the 400 metres distance. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 400 metres and the 4 × 400 m relay, and holds the national record (45.24) in the 400 meters, which he set at the 2019 Czech Athletics Championships. Subedar Arokia Rajiv (born 22 May 1991) is an Indian sprinter and a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in Indian Army who specialises in the 400 metres distance. He won silver medals in the men's and mixed 4 × 400 m relays at the 2018 Asian Games and placed third in the individual 400 m in 2014. He won medals in both the 400 m and 4 × 400 m events at the 2016 South Asian Games and 2017 Asian Championships. He competed in the relay at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Julian Jrummi Walsh (ウォルシュ・ジュリアン・ジャミイ ''Uorushu Jurian Jamii'', born 18 September 1996 in Kingston, Jamaica) is a Jamaican-born Japanese track and field athlete competing in the sprints. He is the son of reggae drummer Emanuel Walsh (Pablo Moses, the Mighty Diamonds, Garnett Silk and John Holt), who married a Japanese woman and has lived in Japan for almost 20 years.
