The 2018–19 season was FC Banants's eighteenth consecutive season in the Armenian Premier League. Football Club Urartu ( hy, Ուրարտու Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ, translated ''Futbolayin Akumb Urartu''), commonly known as Urartu, is an Armenian professional football team based in the capital Yerevan that currently plays in the Armenian Premier League. The club won the Armenian Cup three times, in 1992, 2007 and 2016. In 2013–2014, they won the Armenian Premier League for the first time in their history. Football Club Ararat Yerevan ( hy, Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Արարատ Երևան), commonly known as Ararat Yerevan, is an Armenian football club based in Yerevan that plays in the Armenian Premier League. Since 1999, the club is owned by the Switzerland Armenian businessmen Vartan Sirmakes. The badge shows a white eagle standing on a football and is a reference to the club nickname. Impuls Football Club ( hy, Իմպուլս Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ), is a defunct Armenian professional football club from the town of Dilijan, Tavush Province. The club used to play in the Armenian Premier League, the top division of the Armenian football. The home ground of Impuls was the Dilijan City Stadium. History Impulse FC was originally founded in 1985 during the Soviet days. In 1994, the club was dissolved due to financial difficulties. In 2009, Impuls FC was revived by the efforts of former member of Armenian Parliament ''Hakob Hakobyan'', as part of the Sport Club Erebuni Dilijan. Royal Football Club Seraing
RFC Seraing is a Belgian association football club based in Seraing in the province of Liège. They play their home games at the Stade du Pairay. History The club was founded in the early 20th century as ''RFC Bressoux'', registered with the Belgian FA under matricule 23, but renamed in 1992 to ''Royale Union Liégeoise'' or ''RUL'' after a merger. Upon the default of R.F.C. Seraing in 1996, the club again renamed itself to Seraing RUL and started playing at the Stade du Pairay where the former RFC Seraing played until its default. FC Ararat-Armenia ( hy, Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Արարատ-Արմենիա), is an Armenian football club based in Yerevan, founded in 2017. History It was founded in 2017 as FC Avan Academy by Ruben Hayrapetyan, on the basis of the young players of the Yerevan Football Academy graduates, as well as many young players from FC Pyunik. Edward Kpodo (born January 14, 1990) is a Ghanaian football defender who plays for Berekum Chelsea.
