2018 Speedway Grand Prix Of Denmark
The 2018 WD-40 Danish FIM Speedway Grand Prix was the third race of the 2018 Speedway Grand Prix season. It took place on 30 June at the CASA Arena Horsens, CASA Arena in Horsens, Denmark. Riders The Speedway Grand Prix Commission nominated Michael Jepsen Jensen as the wild card, and Mikkel Michelsen and Mikkel Bech Jensen both as Track Reserves. Results The Grand Prix was won by Tai Woffinden, who beat Artem Laguta, Greg Hancock and defending world champion Jason Doyle in the final. As a result, Woffinden took the overall world championship standings. Former leader Fredrik Lindgren (speedway rider), Fredrik Lindgren failed to make the semi-finals, leaving him ten points behind Woffinden in second place. Emil Damirovich Sayfutdinov (; born 26 October 1989) is a motorcycle speedway rider from Russia. He is a member of the Russia national speedway team. He is a three times World team champion, twice World Junior champion and a two-time winner of the European Championships in 2014 and 2015. Career history Sayfutdinov gained his speedway licence in 2005, just before his 16th birthday. He started his career in the Russian league with Mega-Lada Togliatti and won the Russian Champion title. Krzysztof Kasprzak (; born 18 July 1984 in Leszno, Poland) is a Polish international motorcycle speedway rider, who became World Under-21 Champion in 2005 and won the silver medal during the 2014 Speedway Grand Prix. Career On the 6 May 2008, Vaculík gained a Polish speedway licence (''Licencja "Ż"'') at Toruń. and from 4 June 2008 he has taken part in the Polish Championships as a Polish domestic rider.
