The 2017 A-1 League Playoffs was a play-off tournament that decided the winner of the 2016–17 A-1 League. The playoffs started on April 25, 2017 and finished on June 1, 2017. Cedevita won its fourth consecutive title defeating Cibona 3–2 in the final series. The Hrvatski Telekom Premijer liga ( en, Hrvatski Telekom Premier League, ), also known as HT Premijer liga or simply Premijer liga, is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. It began in 1991, following the Breakup of Yugoslavia, breakup of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, SFR Yugoslavia and therefore the Yugoslav First Basketball League, Yugoslav League, and is organized by the Croatian Basketball Federation. The HT Premijer liga, which is played under FIBA Europe, FIBA rules, currently consists of 12 teams. The most successful club is KK Cibona with 19 championship titles. Miro Bilan (born July 21, 1989) is a Croatian professional basketball player for Peristeri of the Greek Basket League. Standing at , he plays at the center position. Playing history Bilan started his career in his hometown, playing for Šibenik from the start of 2006 until January 2010 season when he signed 3 year-deal for Zadar. Željko Šakić (born April 14, 1988) is a Croatian professional basketball player currently playing for UNICS of the VTB United League. Standing at , he plays the forward positions. Ryan Jamar Boatright (born December 27, 1992) is an American-born naturalized Armenian professional basketball player for Avtodor Saratov of the VTB United League. Filip Krušlin (born March 18, 1989) is a Croatian professional basketball player for SIG Strasbourg of the French LNB Pro A. Standing at 1.98 m, he plays at the shooting guard position. Gradski vrt Hall is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Osijek, Croatia. The complex is used mostly for handball and basketball matches. The complex has 7 main halls, two of them with spectator seats, bigger one capacity of 3,538 (4,438 basketball configuration) and a smaller one 1,770, there are two more smaller halls for fighting sports training. Gripe Sports Center ( hr, Športski centar Gripe) is a sports complex located in the Gripe city district of Split, Croatia. It features four indoor halls, and is used to host many sports, as well as concerts. The seating capacity of the small indoor hall is 3,500, and of the biggest one is 6,000.
