Secretariat Of The Navy
The Secretariat of the Navy (, SEMAR) is one of the twenty-one state secretariats of the government of Mexico. It is in charge of designing, planning, executing and coordinating public policies related to the Mexican Navy. The Secretary of the Navy is a member of the federal executive cabinet, as well as the highest-ranking Mexican naval officer with the responsibility of commanding the Mexican Navy, including the Mexican Marine Corps as well as the Mexican merchant marine service. The secretary is appointed by the President of Mexico. Luis Videgaray Caso
Luis Videgaray Caso (born 10 August 1968) is a Mexican politician who served as the Secretary of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2018. Previously he was the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, also in the cabinet of Enrique Peña Nieto, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Peña Nieto's victory in the elections, Videgaray was General Coordinator of his campaign for the 2012 Mexican presidential election. On July 11, 2012, Peña Nieto announced Videgaray as the person in charge of promoting the economic reforms and the government agenda's related topics, and on September 4, he named Videgaray as co-head of the team that set policy direction for the new government that took office on December 1, 2012. Mercedes Martha Juan López (born 22 April 1943) is a Mexican doctor, member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, has been a federal deputy and first female Secretary of Health between 1 December 2012 and 8 February 2016. María del Rosario Robles Berlanga (; born 17 February 1956) is a Mexican politician who served as the Secretary of Social Development in the cabinet of President Enrique Peña Nieto. She also was substitute Head of Government of the Federal District (Mayor of Mexico City) when Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas resigned from the post to run in the 2000 presidential election. She was the first female mayor of Mexico City.
