Veszprém KC
Veszprém KC is a Hungarian handball club from Veszprém, that for sponsorship reasons is called Telekom Veszprém. Veszprém plays in the Hungarian Nemzeti Bajnokság I and are the most successful team in the country, having won the Hungarian Championship a record 26 times and the Hungarian Cup title a record 29 times. Veszprém has also won the regional SEHA League 4 times. Veszprém are one of the three Hungarian clubs that have won a major European trophy, most recently in 2008, when they overcame Rhein-Neckar Löwen and were crowned as the EHF Cup Winner's Cup champions. They are yet to win the EHF Champions League, having been defeated in the final on four occasions. The main sponsors of the club were the MKB Bank and the MVM Group. RK Metalurg Skopje
RK Metalurg Skopje ( mk, РК Металург Скопје) is a Macedonian handball club based in Skopje. They compete in the domestic Macedonian Handball Super League and EHF European League. History The club was founded in 1971 under patronage of the Skopje steel industry. There, an idea was born to form a team composed of employees that worked in the nearby steel mill. Nikola Bogdanovski accepted the idea after it was reviewed by the board of directors. Thus, RK Metalurg was created. The same concept realized by Bogdanovski continues to live today. At the time, the club didn't even think of playing in any of the European competitions, because they played their best not to be relegated from the first league. Jane Sandanski Arena
Jane Sandanski Arena ( mk, Спортскиот центар „Јане Сандански“ or ) is an indoor sports arena located in the Aerodrom Municipality of Skopje, Republic of Macedonia . It has a capacity of 6,000. It is named after revolutionary Jane Sandanski. History On 18 November 2012, it was announced that the arena would be completely demolished, with a new arena called Sports Centre Jane Sandanski planned to be built in its place. On 14 February 2013, MZT Aerodrom held their last training in Jane Sandanski, with more than a thousand fans attending. The following day the arena was officially closed and demolished. It was rebuilt and reopened in August 2014, financed by the Russian businessman Sergey Samsonenko, built alongside the four-star hotel "Russia". In September 2015, the west and east stands were upgraded by 650 seats and south and north stands upgraded with 500 seats. RK Vardar 1961 ( mk, РК Вардар 1961) is a professional handball club from Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Vardar is the most successful handball team in the country, having won fifteen national League and Cup titles. Also, Vardar is the most successful team in the regional SEHA League having won five titles. The team has also won two EHF Champions League titles. History RK Vardar was founded in 1961, as part of the Vardar Sports Club in Skopje, which had been founded in 1947. The RK Grafichar Skopje club was established in 1948, which in terms of rank and quality was right behind Rabotnichki. Veszprém Aréna is an indoor sports and events hall in Veszprém, Hungary, known for its enthralling atmosphere. It is the home ground of the top-class handball club Telekom Veszprém KC, that regularly host the best teams of Europe. The city has a first division women's handball club as well, which played in the Veszprém Aréna until 2011; but thanks to its field dimensions, the arena is able to host any sort of sporting or cultural events, such as basketball or volleyball matches, martial arts shows, concerts, exhibitions and conferences. Veszprém (; german: Weißbrunn, sl, Belomost) is one of the oldest urban areas in Hungary, and a city with county rights. It lies approximately north of the Lake Balaton. Našice () is a town in eastern Croatia, located on the northern slopes of the Krndija mountain in eastern Slavonia, 51 km southwest of regional hub Osijek. Rukometni klub Nexe Našice ( en, Nexe Našice Handball Club), commonly referred to as RK Nexe Našice or simply Nexe, is a handball club from Našice, Croatia. The Arena Zagreb is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Zagreb, Croatia.
