Országos Bajnokság I (, commonly abbreviated OB I) is the highest level water polo league for men in Hungary, that is administered and supervised by the Hungarian Water Polo Federation. Szentes () is a town in south-eastern Hungary, Csongrád-Csanád County, Csongrád county, near the Tisza, Tisza river. The town is a cultural and educational center of the region. Alfréd Hajós National Swimming Stadium
The Alfréd Hajós National Swimming Stadium is an aquatics complex located on Margaret Island in Budapest, Hungary.The facility has four floors, covers an area of about 80,000 square meters and has eight indoor and outdoor pools, including training pools, diving pools and competitive swimming pools both for short course and long course. The indoor swimming pool was built in 1930, off the plans of the renowned Hungarian swimmer and architect Alfréd Hajós, of whom the centre takes its name after. Eszter Pécsi, Hungary's first female architect and structural engineer, designed the articulated reinforced concrete arches. The outdoor swimming pool and the diving facility were completed in 1937, and since then they have expanded and improved several times. Eger

Debrecen Swimming Pool Complex
The Debrecen Swimming Pool Complex is an aquatics venue in Debrecen, Hungary. The facility features a competitive long course pool, a warm up pool, a training pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and an outdoor thermal bath with a water temperature of . The 50 metres long course pool can be reduced to 33 metres or 25 metres by a mobile wall, making it available for short course events. The construction of the pool began in October 2005 and took 11 months to complete. It was opened in October 2006 with a three-day-long inauguration festival, that included water polo matches and swimming competitions. The Vasas SC water polo team is a department of the Budapest-based sports association Vasas SC. One of the most successful teams in the country, they have won the Hungarian Championship 17 times and the Hungarian Cup 15 times. The club also had major successes on continental level as they won the LEN Euroleague (formerly European Champions Cup), Europe's premier water polo competition two times and took the LEN Cup Winners' Cup title on three occasions as well.
