SEHA League
South East Handball Association League or simply SEHA League is a regional men's club handball league in Southeast and East Europe, divided in two zones. Due to sponsorship reasons, the league is also known as the Gazprom League (or Gazprom South Stream League earlier). The league exists alongside scaled-down national leagues of the participating nations and all of SEHA League teams join their respective country's own competitions in late spring after the SEHA League regular season and post-season have been completed. The league's headquarters are in Zagreb, Croatia, and the league's president is Mihajlo Mihajlovski, Vardar's ex-chairman. 2011–12 was the first season of the competition, with Vardar from Skopje becoming the first champions. RK Partizan
RK Partizan () is a Serbian handball club based in Belgrade. They compete in the Serbian Handball Super League and SEHA League. History The original club was founded in 1948. They competed for only a year until 1949. In January 1957, RK Dedinje became part of the Partizan sports society, thus reinstating the club's handball section. They made their Yugoslav Handball Championship debut in 1960. In 1973, the club suffered relegation from the league. They made a comeback to the top flight in 1991, shortly before the withdrawal of Croatian and Slovenian teams due to the Yugoslav Wars. The club would win three consecutive championships in 1993, 1994 and 1995, including back-to-back doubles in 1993 and 1994. Cetinje
Cetinje (, ) is a town in Montenegro. It is the former royal capital (''prijestonica'' / приjестоница) of Montenegro and is the location of several national institutions, including the official residence of the president of Montenegro. Rukometni klub Lovćen is a Montenegrin handball club from Old Royal Capital Cetinje, that plays in Montenegrin First League. For decades, Lovćen has been the most successful Montenegrin men's handball club and the only team from Montenegro which won men's handball trophies in the Yugoslav era. SRC Kale ( Macedonian "Спортско рекреативен центар Кале"-Sports and Recreation Center) is a multi-functional indoor sports arena. Kale means Fortress Citadel, named after the Skopje's Fortress, located right next to the hall. RK Metalurg Skopje
RK Metalurg Skopje ( mk, РК Металург Скопје) is a Macedonian handball club based in Skopje. They compete in the domestic Macedonian Handball Super League and EHF European League. History The club was founded in 1971 under patronage of the Skopje steel industry. There, an idea was born to form a team composed of employees that worked in the nearby steel mill. Nikola Bogdanovski accepted the idea after it was reviewed by the board of directors. Thus, RK Metalurg was created. The same concept realized by Bogdanovski continues to live today. At the time, the club didn't even think of playing in any of the European competitions, because they played their best not to be relegated from the first league. Našice () is a town in eastern Croatia, located on the northern slopes of the Krndija mountain in eastern Slavonia, 51 km southwest of regional hub Osijek.
