2013–14 Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers Men's Basketball Team
The 2013–14 Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers men's basketball team represented Mount St. Mary's University during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mountaineers, led by second year head coach Jamion Christian, played their home games at Knott Arena and were members of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 16–17, 9–7 in NEC play to finish in a tie for fourth place. They were champions of the NEC tournament to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where they lost in the First Four to Albany. Jamion Christian
Jamion Christian (born April 18, 1982) is an American basketball coach. He is currently the head coach of the Bryant Bulldogs men's basketball, Bryant Bulldogs men's basketball team. He previously was the head coach at Siena Saints men's basketball, Siena, Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers men's basketball, Mount St. Mary's, and George Washington Revolutionaries men's basketball, George Washington. He was also the head coach for Pallacanestro Trieste in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) from 2023 to 2025. Biography Christian was born and raised in Quinton, Virginia. As a shooting guard, he led New Kent High School to a Virginia High School League State Championship with a 26–0 record and earned the VHSL Group A State Player of the Year honors. The William B. Finneran Pavilion is a 6,501-seat multi-purpose arena in Villanova, Pennsylvania, United States, about 10 miles northwest of downtown ( Center City) Philadelphia. 2013–14 West Virginia Mountaineers Men's Basketball Team
The 2013–14 West Virginia Mountaineers men's basketball team represented West Virginia University during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mountaineers were coached by seventh year head coach Bob Huggins and played their home games at WVU Coliseum. They finished the season 17–16, 9–9 in Big 12 play to finish in a tie for sixth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament to Texas.
