2013–14 FK Qarabağ Season
The Qarabağ 2013–14 season was Qarabağ's 21st Azerbaijan Premier League season, and their sixth season under manager Gurban Gurbanov. They reached the Quarterfinals of the Azerbaijan Cup, losing to Gabala, and they were crowned Champions of the Premier League. Qarabağ also competed in the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League entering at the 1st qualifying round stage. They defeated Metalurg Skopje of Macedonia, Piast Gliwice of Poland and Gefle of Sweden on their way to the playoff round where they were knocked out by Eintracht Frankfurt of Germany. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. Rashad Sadygov ( az, Rəşad Sadıqov; born 16 June 1982) is an Azerbaijani football manager and former player who manages Zira FK. He played as a centre-back. Ibrahim Šehić
Ibrahim Šehić (; born 2 September 1988) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Süper Lig club Konyaspor and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Ulrich Darmel Kapolongo Zaolo Desuza (born 31 July 1989, in Brazzaville) is a Congolese footballer player who last played for Al-Khaleej as a striker. Ramiz Muarem Muarem ( mk, Рамиз Муарем Муарем; born 22 October 1988) is a Macedonian association footballer. Muarem plays as a midfielder.
