2013 CAF Champions League
The 2013 CAF Champions League (also known as the 2013 Orange CAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons) was the 49th edition of Africa's premier club football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), and the 17th edition under the current CAF Champions League format. The winner qualified for the 2013 FIFA Club World Cup, and earned the right to play in the 2014 CAF Super Cup. In the final, defending champions Al-Ahly of Egypt defeated Orlando Pirates of South Africa, and were crowned African club champions for a record-extending eighth time. Association team allocation All 56 CAF member associations may enter the CAF Champions League, with the 12 highest ranked associations according to their CAF 5-year ranking eligible to enter two teams in the competition. The 2011–12 Botola is the 55th season of the Moroccan Top League, but the 1st under its new format of Moroccan Pro League. It began on Friday 19 August 2011 with Maghreb Fez beating Hassania Agadir 2–0. Raja CA are the holders of the title. Moghreb Tétouan won the 2011–12 Botola, after defeating the runner-up FUS Rabat in the last game of the season at Stade Moulay Abdellah, Rabat. 2010–11 Egyptian Premier League
The 2010–11 Egyptian Premier League was the fifty-fourth season of the Egyptian Premier League since its establishment in 1948. It began on 5 August 2010 and ended on 11 July 2011. The league was suspended on 27 January 2011 due to the Egyptian Revolution and resumed on 13 April 2011. A total of 16 teams are contesting the league including six-time defending champions Al-Ahly S.C. who have won thirty-five times in total. The Egyptian Football Association () is the governing body of association football in Egypt. The 2012 Nigeria Premier League is the 41st season of the competition since its inception, and the 22nd since the rebranding of the league as the "Professional League". Sixteen teams from the previous season and four teams promoted from the Nigeria National League (Akwa United, Rising Stars, Jigawa Golden Stars and Wikki Tourists) are participating in this season.
