2013 Big East Conference Men's Soccer Season
The 2013 Big East Conference men's soccer season is the inaugural season for the 2010–13 Big East Conference realignment, newly formed offshoot of the Big East Conference (1979–2013), original Big East Conference. The "new" Big East consists of the seven members of the original Big East that did not sponsor Division I (NCAA)#Football Bowl Subdivision, Division I FBS College football, football (the so-called "Catholic Church in the United States, Catholic 7"), plus invited founding members Butler Bulldogs men's soccer, Butler, Creighton Bluejays men's soccer, Creighton, and Xavier Musketeers men's soccer, Xavier. The FBS schools sold the "Big East" name to the "Catholic 7" and are operating as the American Athletic Conference under the original Big East charter. Marquette Golden Eagles Men's Soccer
The Marquette Golden Eagles men's soccer program represents the Marquette University in all NCAA Division I men's College soccer in the United States, college soccer competitions. Founded in 1964, the Golden Eagles compete in the Big East Conference. The Golden Eagles are coached by Louis Bennett (soccer), Louis Bennett. Marquette plays its home matches at Valley Fields. Glay Field
Glay (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese rock band formed in Hakodate in 1988. The core four members, vocalist Teru, guitarists Takuro and Hisashi, and bassist Jiro, have been together since 1992. Primarily composing songs in the rock and pop genres, they have also arranged songs using elements from a variety of other genres, including progressive rock, punk, gothic rock, electronic, R&B, folk, gospel, reggae, and ska. Valley Fields is a 1,750-seat outdoor stadium and practice facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, primarily used by the varsity men's and women's soccer and lacrosse teams at Marquette University, all of which compete in the Big East Conference. The complex houses bleachers, locker rooms, practice fields and a main stadium. Shaw Air Force Base (Shaw AFB) is a United States Air Force (USAF) base located approximately west-northwest of downtown Sumter, South Carolina. The DePaul Blue Demons are the athletic teams that represent DePaul University, located in Chicago, Illinois. The Blue Demons participate in NCAA Division I and are a member of the Big East Conference. DePaul's Athletic Director is DeWayne Peevy. DePaul was not affiliated with any conference until it helped establish the Great Midwest Conference in 1991. Morrison Stadium is a 6,000-seat soccer-specific stadium located between 17th and 19th Streets to the north of Cass Street, on the east side of the Creighton University campus in the NoDo neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska.
