2012 Monaco GP3 Series Round
The 2012 Monaco GP3 Series round was the second round of the 2012 GP3 Series season. It was held on May 24–26, 2012 at Circuit de Monaco, Monte Carlo, Monaco. The race was used to support the 2012 Monaco Grand Prix. 2012 marked the first time that the GP3 Series held at the Circuit de Monaco. Classification Qualifying As with the GP2 Series qualifying, qualifying for the GP3 Series race saw the drivers split into two groups. Circuit De Monaco
Circuit de Monaco is a street circuit laid out on the city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine around the harbour of the Principality of Monaco. It is commonly, and even officially, referred to as "Monte Carlo" because it is largely inside the Monte Carlo neighbourhood of Monaco. The circuit is annually used on three weekends in April–May for Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, Formula E Monaco ePrix and Historic Grand Prix of Monaco. Mark Alan Webber (born 27 August 1976) is an Australian retired professional racing driver who competed in Formula One from 2002 to 2013 and the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) between 2014 and 2016. Trident Racing is a motor racing team that competes in single-seater formula racing. It was founded in 2006 in order to compete in the GP2 championship, which was Europe's second highest-ranking single-seater formula below Formula One. Antonio Spavone (born 2 June 1994) is an Italian racing driver and entrepreneur. Career Karting Spavone was born in Naples. He began karting in 2005 and raced primarily in his native Italy for the majority of this part of career, working his way up from the junior ranks to progress through to the KF2 category by 2010.
