The 2012 Maldives FA Cup was the 25th edition of the Maldives FA Cup. The cup winner was guaranteed a spot in the 2013 AFC Cup. FA Cup 2012 opening that was scheduled for 2 May 2012, but was postponed to 10 May 2012, by the FAM. Maziya S&RC
Maziya Sports and Recreation Club is a Maldivian professional football club based in Malé. They compete in the Dhivehi Premier League, the country's top division. The club was formed in 1996 and was promoted to the first division for the first time in 2006. History The club was founded on 23 January 1996. The club is one of the most successful clubs in Maldives, having won the top tier domestic league thrice in 2016, 2019–20, and 2020–21. In the 2022 AFC Cup groups-stages, Maziya witnessed a 1–0 defeat to Bashundhara Kings, but won their second match against Gokulam Kerala. New Radiant Sports Club is a Maldivian professional football club based in Henveiru – Malé, Maldives. The club was founded on 19 August 1979 by Ahmed Waheed and his friend Ahammadhanik. New Radiant has won all domestic competitions being held in the Maldives and the club is the most successful in the Maldives in terms of trophies won and is also the most successful Maldivian club in the international arena. Rasmee Dhandu Stadium
The National Football Stadium ( dv, ގަލޮޅު ފުޓްބޯޅަ ދަނޑު), also known as the Galolhu Rasmee Dhandu Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Malé, Maldives. Dhivehi League
Dhivehi League was a former Maldivian association football league, organized by the Football Association of Maldives. Every year, 8 teams competed in the league, which was the top level in the Maldivian football league system. Format Dhivehi League consists of 3 rounds of teams that play a round robin format, which means that each team plays each other twice; once at home and once as visitor. In the 3rd round only the top 6 teams will play while the lower 2 teams will be relegated. Every year, 8 teams compete in this high-profile competition, the top level in Maldives. Malé
Malé (, ; dv, މާލެ) is the capital and most populous city of the Maldives. With a population of 252,768 and an area of , it is also one of the most densely populated cities in the world. The city is geographically located at the southern edge of North Malé Atoll ( Kaafu Atoll). Victory Sportif Club, commonly known as Victory, is a Haitian professional football club based in Port-au-Prince. History Early years Victory Sportif Club was founded by Augustin R.
