The 2012 Copa de España de Fútbol Sala was the 23rd staging of the Copa de España de Fútbol Sala. It took place in the Palacio de los Deportes de La Rioja, in Logroño, Spain, between 8 and 11 March 2012. It was hosted by LNFS, La Rioja government & Logroño city council. There was no host team. Caja Segovia Fútbol Sala, was a futsal club based in Segovia, city of the Province of Segovia in the autonomous community of Castile and León. The club was founded in 1985 and held its home matches in Pedro Delgado with capacity of 2,800 seaters. History In July 2013, after 24 seasons in top league of Spanish futsal, and after failing to pay the enrolment fee to play in Primera División 2013–14, were relegated to Segunda División changing its official name to CD La Escuela. The 2011–12 season of the Primera División de Fútbol Sala was the 23rd season of top-tier futsal in Spain. It is the first under "Primera División" name. The regular season started on September 9, 2011, and finished on May 11, 2012. The championship playoffs began on May 19 with quarter-finals series and ended with the final series from 12 to 24 June. The club was founded in 1985 and its arena is Pabellón Jorge Garbajosa with capacity of 4,500 seaters.
