2010–11 Kosovo Basketball Superleague
The 2010–11 Techno Market Superliga was the 17th season of the Kosovo Basketball Superleague, also called Market Techno Superleague in its sponsored identity it's the highest professional basketball league in Kosovo. The regular season started on 23 October 2010 and finished on 30 April 2011, after all teams had played 28 games. The four best ranked teams advanced to the play-off phase whilst KB Mitrovica relegated to the Kosovo Basketball First League and KB Progres Bambi Mitrovica, an ethnic Serbian club, was dissolved after the playoffs. The play-offs started on 14 May 2011 and finished on 5 June 2011, Prishtina won their 9th title by beating Peja 3:0 in a 5-game final. Regular season Playoffs Records On March 30, 2011, Granit Rugova scored a career-high 110 points against KB Mitrovica. That is a record in the Kosovo Basketball Superleague history. Klubi i Basketbollit Bashkimi, also known as K.B. Bashkimi or simply Bashkimi , is a professional basketball team based in Prizren, Kosovo. Bashkimi is the oldest basketball team in Kosovo and competes in the top professional men's basketball league in Kosovo, PrinceCaffe Superliga, since 1991. The 2011–12 BKT Superliga was the 18th season of the Kosovo Basketball Superleague, also called BKT Superliga due to sponsorship reasons. The regular season started on 15 October 2011 and finished on 22 April 2012, after all teams had played 28 games. The 6 best ranked teams advanced to the play-off phase whilst KB Futura relegated to the Kosovo Basketball First League and KB Kolegji Universiteti was dissolved. Even though KB Drita finished last, they stayed in the Kosovo Basketball Superleague. The play-offs started on 2 May 2012 and finished on 6 June 2012, Trepça won their 4th title by beating Sigal Prishtina 3:2 in a 5-game final.
