2010 European Curling Championships – Men's Tournament
The men's tournament of the 2010 European Curling Championships took place from December 4 – 11, 2010. The winners of the Group C tournament in Howwood, Scotland (Slovakia and Belarus) move on to the Group B tournament in Monthey. The top eight men's teams at the 2010 ECC represented their nations at the 2011 Ford World Men's Curling Championship in Regina, Saskatchewan, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. A change in the system of play sees the C group games played as a qualifier and was held from September 24–28, 2010. Ranking from the 2009 European Curling Championships determined the group placings for the 2010 tournament. Champéry
Champéry (; ) is a Municipalities of Switzerland, municipality in the district of Monthey (district), Monthey in the Cantons of Switzerland, canton of Valais in Switzerland. Jiří Snítil (born 24 February 1975) is a curler from the Czech Republic. He currently skips the Czech Republic national team. He started curling at the age of 21. Troels Harry (born 25 December 1990 in Hvidovre) is a Danish curler. He is a former world junior champion and four-time Danish men's champion (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016). Career Harry has represented Denmark in four World Junior Championships. He played lead for Rasmus Stjerne in 2007 and 2008, finishing fourth and seventh, respectively. In 2009, Denmark, with Harry as lead under Stjerne, made the playoffs. Mikkel Adrup Poulsen (born 17 October 1984 in Hvidovre) is an internationally elite curler from Denmark. He made his world championship debut at the 2008 World Championships in Grand Forks, North Dakota, U.S. He also competed at the 2009 Moncton World Championships. Mikkel Munch Krause (born 2 October 1988) is a Danish curler from Hvidovre. He is a former World Junior champion. Curling career Junior As a junior curler, Krause represented Denmark at seven World Junior Curling Championships. His first was in 2004, when he played second on a team skipped by Kenneth Jørgensen.
