EFL Championship
The English Football League Championship, known simply as the Championship and for sponsorship purposes as Sky Bet Championship, is a professional association football league in England and Wales. Contested by 24 clubs, it is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, sitting below the Premier League. Introduced for the 2004–05 season as the Football League Championship, the division is a rebrand of the former Football League First Division. The winning club of this division each season receives the EFL Championship trophy, which was the previous trophy awarded to the winners of the English top-flight prior to the launch of the Premier League. Sean St Ledger
Sean Patrick St Ledger-Hall (born 28 December 1984) is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. Born in England, he played international football for the Republic of Ireland. He was part of the team that lost controversially to France in the play-offs for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, later playing and scoring in UEFA Euro 2012. His equaliser against Croatia at Stadion Miejski in Poznań on 10 June 2012 introduced St Ledger into an elite club of Irish goalscorers at the UEFA European Championship. Darren Anthony Carter (born 18 December 1983) is an English football coach and former professional player. Primarily a central midfielder, Carter made more than 300 appearances in the Premier League and Football League over a 14-year career, and then spent a further six seasons playing in the National League. He was most recently head coach of FA Women's Championship club Birmingham City Women. An England under-19 and under-20 international, Carter began his career with Birmingham City, and came to prominence at the age of 18 when his penalty in the 2002 play-off final clinched the club's promotion to the Premier League. Barry Nicholson
Barry Nicholson (born 24 August 1978) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He started his professional career with Rangers and went on to play over 100 games for each of Dunfermline Athletic, Aberdeen and Preston North End. He then played for Fleetwood Town before finishing his career at Kilmarnock. Nicholson earned three full caps for Scotland, all won during his time with Dunfermline. Christopher Alan Brown (born 11 December 1984) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward. Brown came through the youth academy at Sunderland, where he signed professional terms in 2003 before going on to feature in the Premier League. He also played in the Football League for Doncaster Rovers, Hull City, Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers and Bury. Veliče Šumulikoski (; born 24 April 1981) is a Macedonian former football midfielder. He is the third most capped player of all time of the North Macedonia national football team. He is the director of football for Czech club Slovácko. Neill William Collins (born 2 September 1983) is a Scottish football manager and former player who is the head coach of USL Championship club Sacramento Republic. Youl Mawéné (born 16 July 1979) is a French football coach and former professional player who is the strength and conditioning coach at Burnley. Club career Early career in France Born in Caen, France to a Congolese father, Mawéné started his career at Lens. He featured in the Lens side that reached the semi-finals of the 1999–2000 UEFA Cup. Richard David Chaplow (born 2 February 1985) is an English retired professional footballer and coach who was most recently the head coach of USL Championship side Orange County SC. He is a former England under-21 international. Club career Burnley Chaplow joined Burnley at the age of eight, before earning a scholarship at the club in 2001 as part of the YTS Apprenticeships, turning down offers from Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City. Callum Davidson
Callum Iain Davidson (born 25 June 1976) is a Scottish professional football player and coach who recently managed Scottish Championship club Queen's Park. Davidson played as a left-back for St Johnstone, Blackburn Rovers, Leicester City and Preston North End between 1994 and 2014. At international level, Davidson represented Scotland on 19 occasions between 1998 and 2009. Since retiring as a player, Davidson has become a football coach, and was given his first full-time role in management with St Johnstone in June 2020.
