Formula Renault
Formula Renault are classes of formula racing popular in Europe and elsewhere. Regarded as an entry-level series to auto racing, motor racing, it was founded in 1971, and was a respected series where drivers can learn advanced racecraft before moving on to higher formulas. Renault now backs the French F4 Championship and Formula Regional European Championship. The World Series by Renault once included Formula Renault 3.5 before becoming World Series Formula V8 3.5 in 2016, then folding in 2017. Formula Renault 3.5L The most senior "Formula Renault" was the Formula Renault V6 Eurocup started by Renault to run as part of Eurosport's Super Racing Weekends (European Touring Car Championship, ETCC and FIA GT Championship). Draco Racing
International Draco Racing was a motorsport team. It was most well known for operating in the World Series by Renault, but had also taken part in Formula Opel Lotus, International Formula 3000 and Euro Formula 3000. Career Formula Opel Lotus Euroseries Draco was founded in 1989 by Adriano and Nadia Morini, and entered the Formula Opel Lotus Euroseries. In its first year, the Italian takes Brazilian driver Eduar Neto to second place in F. Opel, with five wins. The team continued to be one of the most competitive in the series for the following years, winning the F. Opel championship in 1990 with Rubens Barrichello, 1991 with Pedro Lamy, 1993 with Patrick Crinelli and 1994 with Marco Campos (in 1992, Gualter Salles was second). Marco Sørensen
Marco Lorentz Sørensen (born 6 September 1990) is a Denmark, Danish racing driver and Aston Martin factory driver who is currently set to compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship and in Super GT for D'station Racing. He won the World Endurance Championship in the LMGTE Pro class in the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship, 2016 and 2019–20 FIA World Endurance Championship, 2019–20 seasons, and in the LMGTE Am class in 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship, 2022. Comtec Racing is a motor racing team based in the United Kingdom. It competes in three championships — Formula Renault, World Series by Renault and the Auto GP World Series. History The team started out in Formula Ford from the ashes of the Van Diemen works team. Team Principal Piere Moncheur has guided the team since its formation. The Formula Ford UK 2003 Championship was a 3-car assault, Tom Gaymor claimed 5th place, Oliver Jarvis finished 8th and Dan Clarke finished 12th. Dean Smith (born 22 March 1988 in Wolverhampton, West Midlands) is a British former racing driver, who was the 2009 champion of the British Formula Renault Championship and winner of that year's McLaren Autosport BRDC Award. 2009 British Formula 3 Season
The 2009 British Formula 3 International Series (for sponsorship reasons, the Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Cooper Tires British Formula 3 International Series) was the 59th British Formula 3 International Series season. It began on 13 April at Oulton Park's Easter Monday meeting and ended on 20 September at Brands Hatch after 20 rounds in four countries. Australian driver Daniel Ricciardo won the title with two races to spare, at the penultimate round at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão.
