2009 Formula Renault 3.5 Series Season
The 2009 Formula Renault 3.5 Series was the fifth Formula Renault 3.5 Series season. It began on 18 April at the Circuit de Catalunya and finished on 25 October at the brand-new Ciudad del Motor de Aragón in Alcañiz. It was the fifth season of the Renault-backed single-seater category. International DracoRacing driver Bertrand Baguette won the championship by a comfortable margin, having dominated the second half of the season. His team won their respective championship, ahead of Carlin Motorsport. Regulation Changes Technical After debuting in the 2008 season, the aerodynamics of the current Dallara chassis underwent "minor enhancements inspired by the 2009 F1 regulations". Renault F1
Renault, a French automobile manufacturer, has been associated with Formula One as both team owner and engine manufacturer for various periods since 1977. Daniil Yuryevich Move (born December 11, 1985) is a professional racing driver, a master of sports of international class. Education Daniil Move attended Moscow School No. 11 with an emphasis on the study of the Chinese language. He graduated from high school with honors through external studies. James Walker (born 25 August 1983, in Jersey) is a professional racing driver from Great Britain. Career Formula Ford Walker began his single seater racing career in 2002 in the UK Formula Ford championship, finishing the year in 17th place. He also took part in the Avon Tyres Junior Formula Ford series, finishing 6th, and the end-of-season Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch, where he finished 12th. For 2003 he stayed in UK Formula Ford, winning the scholarship class for year-old cars as well as taking three overall podium finishes, including a win at Mondello Park. P1 Motorsport was a Great Britain, British racing team based in Norfolk, England. They formerly compete in the World Series by Renault. In 2013, the team was purchased by Strakka Racing owner-driver Nick Leventis and was renamed to P1 by Strakka Racing. Ultimate Motorsport was a British racing team who completed in the British Formula 3 Championship and the World Series by Renault Championship. The team closed near the end of the 2009 season.
