Partick Thistle F
Partick (, Scottish Gaelic: ''Partaig'') is an area of Glasgow on the north bank of the River Clyde, just across from Govan. To the west lies Whiteinch, to the east Yorkhill and Kelvingrove Park (across the River Kelvin), and to the north Broomhill, Hyndland, Dowanhill, Hillhead, areas which form part of the West End of Glasgow. Alan Archibald
Alan Archibald (born 13 December 1977) is a Scottish association football, football coach and former player, who is currently a first-team coach at Heart of Midlothian F.C., Hearts. Archibald, who played as a Defender (football)#Centre back, defender, has been associated with Partick Thistle F.C., Partick Thistle for most of his career. Beginning his professional career with the club as a teenager, he went on to make 423 appearances for Thistle in two spells, placing him tenth on the club's all-time list of most appearances. His only other professional club was Dundee United F.C., Dundee United, where he played between 2003 and 2007 before rejoining Thistle. Archibald also played five times for the Scotland national under-21 football team, Scotland national under-21 team. David Rowson
David Andrew Rowson (born 14 September 1976) is a Scottish former footballer. Career He started his professional career at his hometown club Aberdeen. He returned from a loan spell at Livingston halfway through the 1999–2000 season where he was sent to recuperate from a knee injury. During the last ten games of the league campaign, he did enough to merit his place in the side to play Rangers in the 2000 Scottish Cup final, ahead of fans favourite Hicham Zerouali. In 2001, he earned a move to Stoke City. However, injuries blighted his time there, limiting him to only 18 appearances and consequently, he returned north of the border to join Partick Thistle. Kevin McKinlay
Kevin Donald McKinlay (born 28 February 1986, in Stirling) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left wingback. Career McKinlay signed for Scottish club Ross County after being released by Chelsea, where he was a product of the club's youth system. After a few seasons at the Staggies, McKinlay moved to Glasgow side Partick Thistle in August 2007. Upon the ending of his time at Thistle, he went across the Irish Sea to sign for Dundalk in July 2009. At the end of the Irish season, he returned home to Scotland to sign for Scottish Football League First Division team Greenock Morton during the January transfer window of 2010. Stephen McKeown
Stephen James McKeown (born 17 July 1981) is a Scottish retired footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Career McKeown was raised in the Fernhill district of Rutherglen and attended Trinity High School in the town. He joined Airdrieonians at the age of 16 from a local boys' club on the recommendation of Sandy Stewart, spending four years with that version of the club and six more with its successor Airdrie United from its inception in 2002. At one point he lost his enjoyment for football and was ready to quit the game, but recanted after advice from Stewart and his father. Gary Harkins (born 2 January 1985) is a Scottish professional footballer and coach who plays as a midfielder. Having come through the youth academies at Celtic and Blackburn Rovers he would notably play in the Scottish Premiership for Kilmarnock, Dundee and St. Mirren. Scott Chaplain
Scott Chaplain (born 10 September 1983, in Bellshill) is a Scottish retired professional footballer. He last played for Albion Rovers in their 2014–15 Scottish League Two winning season. Chaplain began his career in the Rangers youth set-up before moving on to Ayr United in 2000. He made 91 starts and scored 11 goals in his 5 seasons at the club before being released and signing for Albion Rovers. In the 2006–07 season he scored 18 league goals and won the SPFA's player of the year award for the Third Division. Paul Cairney (born 29 August 1987) is a Scottish footballer, who plays as a midfielder. Cairney has previously played for Queen's Park, Partick Thistle, Hibernian, Kilmarnock, Stranraer, Ayr United, Peterhead and Albion Rovers. Career Born in Glasgow, Cairney was registered with St Mirren as a youth player, but was released by the club aged 17. Marc Ian Twaddle (born 27 August 1986) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left back for Irvine Meadow in the Scottish Junior Football Association, West Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Premier League for Falkirk. Simon Storey (born 5 June 1982) is an Australian footballer. Club career Storey began his senior career at Springvale City in State League 1 for one season at the age of 16 whilst on scholarship with the Victorian Institute of Sport for 3 years.
