2008–09 FK Qarabağ Season
The FK Qarabağ, Qarabağ 2008–09 season was Qarabağ's 16th Azerbaijan Premier League season, and their first season under Gurban Gurbanov. They finished the season in 5th place, and won the 2008–09 Azerbaijan Cup, Azerbaijan Cup defeating FC Inter Baku, Inter Baku in the final. Rauf Sahraman oğlu Aliyev ( az, Rauf Səhraman oğlu Əliyev, born 12 February 1989) is an Azerbaijani international footballer who plays as a striker for Azerbaijani club Kapaz. Vadim Naumov (footballer)
Vadim Vladimirovich Naumov (; born 7 April 1969) is a Russian former pair skater. With his wife Evgenia Shishkova, he is the 1994 World champion and the 1995–96 Champions Series Final champion. Career Shishkova/Naumov were introduced in 1985 by Naumov's coach who wanted them to skate together. Naumov initially rebuffed the idea because he did not wish to change partners, however, following a number of tryouts, he and Shishkova agreed to team up. They began competing together in 1987. In 1991, Shishkova/Naumov won bronze at their first European Championships and placed 5th at the World Championships. The next season, they competed at their first Olympics, the 1992 Olympics in Albertville, France, where they placed fifth. Zaur Hashimov ( az, Zaur Həşimov; born 25 August 1981) is an Azerbaijani football manager and former player who played as a defender. Afran Ismayilov ( az, Əfran İsmayılov, born on 8 October 1988) is an Azerbaijani professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Azerbaijan Premier League side Kapaz.
