Football Club Desna Chernihiv () is a Ukraine, Ukrainian football (soccer), football club based in Chernihiv. The original name of the club was "Avanhard" (FC Avanhard Chernihiv) during its first year of existence as part of a republican Avanhard (sports society), Avanhard sports society. Between 1961 and 1970 the club was called Desna. In 1972 it was replaced with SC Chernihiv (team of the FC CSKA Kyiv, SKA Kyiv) that played in Chernihiv for the next couple of years. In 1977 Desna was revived now in place of the amateur club "FC Khimik Chernihiv" that won regional competitions. Due to the infrastructure of the club being destroyed by the Russian military during the Siege of Chernihiv in 2022, the club pulled out of professional tournaments and plays irregular amateur-level matches (e.g. the Chernihiv Oblast Football Federation, Chernihiv Oblast Championship). FC Nistru Otaci was a Moldovan football club based in Otaci, Moldova. The club was founded on 17 August 1953. It was dissolved in 2017. History During the 1999–2000 season, the club played as FC Nistru-Unisport Otaci due to Nistru being expelled in the summer of 1999. Mamadi Sangare (; born 4 December 1982) is a Guinean former footballer who played as a defender. Sangaré last played for Avanhard Kramatorsk. He is better known for playing in CSKA Kyiv and being the first one outside the post Soviet territory to accept the Ukrainian citizenship. City Sports Club Dnipro Cherkasy () was a Ukrainian football team based in Cherkasy. Over its history the club has been dissolved and revived several times. The original club that existed 1955-1974 was dissolved following a financial scandal. After that the club again was dissolved and revived couple of more times. FC Lviv
FC Lviv () is a Ukrainian professional football club from the city of Lviv. The history of the club is very controversial and was interrupted on numerous occasions. The first club under such name entered professional competitions back in 1992. In 2001 that club was merged with Karpaty Lviv. The second club appeared in 2006 replacing insolvent Hazovyk-Skala out of Stryi (not far from Lviv) in the second tier. In such manner the new club skipped few tiers of the national football pyramid. That club became bankrupt in 2012. Few years later in 2016 the club was revived based on its football academy. In 2017 the administration of NK Veres Rivne and FC Lviv reached an agreement which led to "castling" swap of their teams in the national football pyramid.
