Tina Nordström
Maria Kristina "Tina" Nordström Holmqvist (born 6 August 1973) is a Swedish celebrity chef and television personality from Helsingborg, Sweden. She hosted the second season of '' New Scandinavian Cooking'' on PBS stations on American television, replacing Andreas Viestad as host of the show; she was succeeded by Claus Meyer. She also appeared in a subsequent series featuring the same cast in rotation called "Perfect Day", produced by Tellusworks/Anagram Produktion and directed by Andreas Lindergard. Besides the cookery show ''Mat'' ("Food"), which she made together with Tomas Tengby, she has written cookbooks—''Tinas mat'' ("Tina's food"), ''Tina'' and ''Jättegott Tina'' ("Delicious, Tina"). Zara Larsson
Zara Maria Larsson (, ; born 16 December 1997) is a Swedish pop singer. In 2008, at the age of 10, she won the second season of the talent show '' Talang'', the Swedish version of the '' Got Talent'' format. Since then she has received recognition with singles including " Lush Life" (2015), " Never Forget You" (2015), "Girls Like" (2016) featuring Tinie Tempah and " Ain't My Fault" (2016). She later featured on Clean Bandit's single, "Symphony" (2017), topping the charts in the UK and Sweden. Her third studio album in 2021 was preceded by the international hit " Ruin My Life" (2018). Talang 2008
Talang 2008 was the second season of the talent show ''Talang Sverige, Talang'', the Swedish version of Got Talent. It was broadcast from April 4, 2008 to May 30, 2008. The host was only one person, Peppe Eng, with Kodjo Akolor as his "sidekick". The panel of judges was Bert Karlsson, Sofia Wistam and Tobbe Blom. This season was won by 10-year-old singer Zara Larsson, who received the prize money of 500,000 Swedish krona, SEK as a result. The audition tour visited Falun, Umeå, Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm. Kevin Borg
Kevin James Borg (born 9 June 1986, in Floriana, Malta), is a Maltese pop singer who lives and works in Sweden. Borg rose to fame as the winner of the fifth series of the Swedish television singing competition '' Idol'' in 2008. He was the third male winner and the first in the show's history to be born outside of Sweden, having moved there exactly one year before he was declared winner. Biography Early life Borg was born and raised in Floriana, Malta. He was a footballer, playing for Floriana FC. Idol 2008 (Sweden)
The fifth season of ''Swedish Idol'' premiered on 3 September 2008 and continued until its grand finale on 12 December, when 22-year-old Kevin Borg was crowned winner. It was the first season to feature new judges Laila Bagge, Anders Bagge and Andreas Carlsson, a move that made it the first ''Idol'' series in the world to completely replace its judging panel. The series took advantage of guest judges including Charlotte Perrelli, Desmond Child and Cyndi Lauper, and the final 3 results show featured a performance by Leona Lewis, who sang " Forgive Me". For the second year running, the grand finale was held in Stockholm's Globen Arena with a live audience of 16,000 people, where operatic group Il Divo also sang live. ''Idol'' is a Swedish reality-competition talent show broadcast on TV4. It first appeared in August 2004, and became one of the most popular shows on Swedish television. Part of the ''Idols'' franchise, it originated from the reality program '' Pop Idol'' created by British entertainment executive Simon Fuller, which was first aired in 2001 in the United Kingdom. The program seeks to discover the best singer in Sweden through a series of nationwide auditions. The outcomes of the later stages of the competition are determined by public phone voting. The format features three judges who give critiques of the contestants' performances. Since ''Idol'' started in 2004, the show has featured five different line-ups of judges, a total of nine different judges, as well as twelve different presenters (including sidekicks in 2011 and 2013).
