Walsall F
Walsall (, or ; locally ) is a market town and administrative centre of the Metropolitan Borough of Walsall, in the West Midlands, England. Historically part of Staffordshire, it is located north-west of Birmingham, east of Wolverhampton and south-west of Lichfield. Walsall was transferred from Staffordshire to the newly created West Midlands county in 1974. At the 2011 census, the town's built-up area had a population of 67,594, with the wider borough having a population of 269,323. Neighbouring settlements in the borough include Darlaston, Brownhills, Pelsall, Willenhall, Bloxwich and Aldridge. Thomas John Mooney (born 11 August 1971) is an English former professional footballer who played mainly as a striker. He made more than 600 appearances in the Football League and Premier Leaguewith 250 for Watford and more than 100 for Scarboroughand scored in each of the top four divisions of the English football league system. Playing career Early career Mooney initially began his career at Aston Villa, appearing for the youth and reserve sides over two years, but was released in 1990 by Graham Taylor without ever playing for the first team. Mooney then joined Scarborough, where he made a name for himself, scoring 40 goals in 129 first-team appearances. Gary Mulligan
Gary Thomas Mulligan (born 23 April 1985) is an Irish footballer who plays as a forward who plays for club AFC Rushden & Diamonds. Coming through the Wolverhampton Wanderers academy in 2004, and played on loan at Rushden & Diamonds before he joined Sheffield United the following year. He did not make a first-team appearance for the "Blades" and instead was loaned out to Port Vale and Gillingham. In 2006, he transferred to Gillingham permanently, where he remained for three years before joining Northampton Town. In 2010, he joined non-League Gateshead. He signed with Brackley Town in February 2012 and helped the club to the Southern League title in 2011–12. In 2015, he signed for Kettering Town via Dunstable Town, and helped Kettering to win the Southern League Division One Central title in 2014–15 and then successive Hillier Cup titles in 2017 and 2018. Jason Kelvin Scotland CM (born 18 February 1979) is a Trinidadian former professional footballer and current coach of Larkhall Thistle who last played for Scottish team Hamilton Academical. Andy Robinson (footballer, Born 1979)
Andrew Mark Robinson (born 3 November 1979) is an English footballer who plays for Rock Ferry Social. Robinson's professional career began in 2002 at Tranmere Rovers and concluded in 2015 after a short stint at Shrewsbury Town. In this time, he made 332 league appearances in representing four clubs, scoring 64 goals. During his five years with Swansea City, he won the Football League Trophy in 2006 and the League One title in 2008. Ian Robert Roper (born 20 June 1977) is an English former footballer who played as a defender. He made over 300 appearances in the Football League for Walsall between 1995 and 2008. Career Walsall Born in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, Roper worked his way up through the Bescot Stadium ranks to sign professional forms in May 1995. He collected the 2002–03 Player of the Year award to add to the Young Player of the Year prize that he earned a couple of years earlier. He was an important member of the back-line who did well to get his Saddlers' career back on track after falling out of favour for a spell under former boss Ray Graydon, which saw him placed on the transfer list. BetWright Stadium, traditionally known as Brisbane Road and originally known as Osborne Road, is a football stadium in Leyton, East London, England. Wayne William Gray (born 7 November 1980) is an English professional football forward. He scored 101 goals in 464 league and cup appearances throughout a 14-year professional career. He started his career with Wimbledon in 1999, leaving the club following its controversial move to Milton Keynes. He then had two years with Southend United, one year with Yeovil Town and spent 2007 to 2009 with Leyton Orient. He made almost 300 appearances in the English Football League.
