2004 1. Divisjon
The 2004 1. divisjon was a Norwegian second-tier football season. The season kicked off on 12 April 2004, and the final round was played on 31 October 2004. Start were promoted to the 2005 Tippeligaen as First Division winners, along with Aalesund who finished second. Start will be playing in the top division for the first time since 2002. Aalesund, meanwhile, returned to the top flight after being relegated in 2003. As in previous seasons, there was a two-legged promotion play-off at the end of the season, between the third-placed team in the 1. divisjon (Kongsvinger) and the twelfth-placed team in the Tippeligaen ( Bodø/Glimt). Bodø/Glimt kept their spot in the Tippeligaen, beating Kongsvinger 4–1 on aggregate. IL Hødd
Idrottslaget Hødd is a multi-sports club from Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. Founded in 1919, it has sections for team handball, gymnastics and football. It is best known for their men's football team, which since 2015 plays at Høddvoll, whose stated capacity is 4,081. The club's old home ground, Høddvoll Stadion, holds the record attendance of over 12,000 spectators at a match against Vålerenga in 1981. Hødd are currently playing in 2. divisjon, the third tier of Norwegian football. They played in the top tier in 1966, 1969–72 (4 seasons) and 1995 and is the club that has played most seasons at the second tier. Hødd won the Norwegian Cup in 2012. Morten Moldskred
Morten Moldskred (born 13 June 1980) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a winger. Club career Early years Moldskred started his career in Hødd from Ulsteinvik, where he stayed until the 2001 season when he was sold to Moss. In 2002 Moss was promoted to the Norwegian Premier League where he played in 11 games, scoring one goal. Moss were relegated the same year. Aalesund and Haugesund After the 2002 season Moldskred was sold to Aalesund who had been promoted to the top-flight. He played in all games, scoring 4 goals in the process, but for the second time in a row he suffered the experience of being relegated. In 2004, he had his finest season so far in his career, notching up 15 goals in 29 appearances in Adeccoligaen, helping Aalesund to another promotion. Benjamin "Ben" Wright (born 1 July 1980) is an English former footballer who played as a forward. Pors Fotball is a Norwegian football club from Porsgrunn, currently playing in the 2. divisjon. Pors plays in blue jerseys, and their home ground is Pors Stadion. The 2005 2. divisjon season was the third highest association football league for men in Norway. 26 games were played in 4 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Sarpsborg Sparta, Manglerud Star, Haugesund and Tromsdalen were promoted to the First Division. Number twelve, thirteen and fourteen were relegated to the 3. divisjon. Hønefoss Ballklubb is a Norwegian football club from Hønefoss, founded in 1895. The club was a part of the multi-sports club L/F Hønefoss, which folded in 2008. After 11 years in 1. divisjon, the second tier of Norwegian football, Hønefoss was promoted to Tippeligaen in 2009, where they finished 14th in 2010 Tippeligaen and was relegated after a relegation-playoff against Fredrikstad. Moss FK
Moss Fotballklubb is a Norwegian football club, founded on 28 August 1906. They play in the 1. divisjon, the second highest division in the Norwegian football league system. They played in the Norwegian top flight between 1937–1939, 1953–54, 1977–1985 (9 seasons), 1987–1990 (4 seasons), 1996 and 1998–2002. The club came close to earning promotion to the top flight in 2005, but lost the play-off against Molde. Stadium Moss play their home games at Melløs stadion, which has a capacity of around 10,000.
