Eredivisie
The Eredivisie (; "Honour Division" or "Premier Division") is a professional association football league in the Netherlands and the highest level of the Dutch football league system. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. As of the 2024–25 season, it is UEFA coefficient#Men's association coefficient, ranked the sixth-best league in Europe by UEFA. The Eredivisie consists of 18 clubs. Each club meets every other club twice during the season, once at home and once away. At the end of each season, the two clubs at the bottom are Promotion and relegation, relegated to the second level of the Dutch league system, the (First Division), while the champion and runner-up of the are automatically promoted to the Eredivisie. FC Twente
Football Club Twente (), sometimes known internationally as FC Twente Enschede, is a Dutch professional Association football, football club from the city of Enschede. The club was formed in 1965 by the merger of 1926 Dutch champions Sportclub Enschede with Enschedese Boys. Rick Hoogendorp (born 12 January 1975) is a former Dutch football striker. Career Hoogendorp was born in Blerick, Limburg. He played for MVV Maastricht (1995–1997), FC Dordrecht (1997–1999), RKC Waalwijk (1999–2006), VfL Wolfsburg (2006), and ADO Den Haag (2007–2009) in the Dutch highest league, Eredivisie. Dirk Kuijt (; born 22 July 1980), anglicised to Kuyt, is a Dutch former professional footballer and the current manager of Pro League club Beerschot.
