2001 British Formula 3 Season
The 2001 British Formula Three season was the 51st British Formula Three Championship season. It commenced on 1 April, and ended on 29 September after twenty-six races, with Japanese driver Takuma Sato crowned champion. Drivers and teams The following teams and drivers were competitors in the 2001 season. The Scholarship class is for older Formula Three cars. All cars competed on Avon tyres. is a Japanese former racing driver and politician, who competed in Formula One between and . Yamamoto was a member of the House of Representatives of Japan from 2021 to 2024, representing Tōkai PR for the Liberal Democratic Party. Miloš Pavlović ( sr-cyrl, Милош Павловић; born 8 October 1982) is a Serbian professional racing driver. Biography Karting Pavlović was born in Belgrade. His career began in 1991 in go-karts, winning two national titles the following year. He went in 1993 to Italy, where in his first season, Miloš became regional champion of Italy and reached second place in the Winter Cup. Bruce Jouanny (born 11 June 1978 in Paris, France) is a French racing driver. He started his career in his homeland of France, before moving on to international series. In 2000, he won his only career title to date – the Formula Palmer Audi Junior series.
