1999 NASCAR Goody's Dash Series
The 1999 NASCAR Goody's Dash Series was the 25th season of the NASCAR Goody's Dash Series. It began at Daytona International Speedway on February 12 and concluded at Langley Speedway on October 16. Robert Huffman, who entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion, won his third championship, 299 points in front of Jake Hobgood. NASCAR Goody's Dash Series
The ISCARS Dash Touring Series (previously known as the NASCAR Baby Grand National, Goody's Dash Series and IPOWER Dash Series among others) was a stock car racing series created by NASCAR in 1973 in sports, 1973, initially running solely at North Wilkesboro Speedway, that involved V6 powered stock cars raced over relatively short distances. In 1975 in sports, 1975 the series branched out to other tracks besides North Wilkesboro Speedway. After the end of the 2003 season, NASCAR transferred the Goody's Dash series to IPOWER (International Participants Of Winning Edge Racing). In 2004, they ran the IPOWER Dash Series. In January 2005 in sports, 2005, officials announced the cancellation of the 2005 Dash season due to problems with sponsorship. Louisville Motor Speedway was a 3/8-mile race track located in Louisville, Kentucky. It was opened in 1988. Louisville Motor Speedway hosted 5 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races from 1995 to 1999. USA International Speedway
The USA International Speedway was an oval located near Lakeland, Florida, United States, that opened in 1995. The track was a .75-mile-long concrete paved oval with 14° banked turns. USA International Speedway was closed with the final race on August 2, 2008. In 2010 the track was stripped of its grandstands and control tower. Caffeine and Octane's Lanier Raceway (formerly Lanier Raceplex and Lanier National Speedway) is a paved oval racetrack located just outside Braselton, Georgia. The track opened in 1982 as a dirt track, and was paved in the mid-1980s. It is currently owned and operated by High Octane, LLC, an auto events & multimedia business conglomerate. Orange County Speedway is a asphalt oval in Orange County, North Carolina, near Rougemont. It first opened in 1966 as a and a dirt oval (Trico Speedway), which operated until 1967 and 1973, respectively. The facility was reopened and paved in 1983.
