1996 Seattle Seahawks Season
The 1996 Seattle Seahawks season was the franchise's 21st season in the National Football League (NFL), the 21st playing their home games at the Kingdome and the second under NFL Head Coach, head coach Dennis Erickson. Frederick L. Thomas (born September 11, 1973) is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round of the 1996 NFL draft. He played college football for the UT Martin Skyhawks. Thomas also played for the New Orleans Saints. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played.
