''12 Nights of Christmas'' is the fourteenth and final studio album by American R&B singer R. Kelly and Kelly's only Christmas album, released on October 21, 2016. It is his final album with RCA Records RCA Records is an American record label owned by Sony Music Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation. It is one of Sony Music's four flagship labels, alongside Columbia Records (its former longtime rival), Arista Records and Epic R ... before the label dropped him in January 2019 following numerous sexual assault allegations. Kelly would subsequently be convicted and sentenced to 31 years in prison for numerous sex crimes. Background The album is Kelly's only album to incorporate a holiday theme.
