"1234" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Feist (singer), Feist from her third studio album, ''The Reminder'' (2007). The song was co-written by Feist and Sally Seltmann, an Australian singer-songwriter who also recorded under the stage name New Buffalo. It was a massive success in several countries, peaking at number 3 on the Canadian Hot 100. It remains Feist's biggest hit single in the US to date, and her only song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart, UK Top 40, where it peaked at number 8 for both. Leslie Feist (born February 13, 1976), known mononymously as Feist, is a Canadian indie pop singer-songwriter and guitarist, performing both as a solo artist and as a member of the indie rock group Broken Social Scene. The Triple J Hottest 100 is an annual music poll presented by the publicly-funded Australian youth radio station Triple J.
