10-mila
Tiomila or 10-mila is an orienteering race held annually in Sweden since 1945, usually in late April or early May. It is a 10-man relay which includes both night and daytime legs. The women's race consists of five daylight legs. Tiomila attracts club teams from all the major orienteering nations. In 2008, both the men's and the women's race consisted of about 350 teams. In 2019, there were 336 women's teams, and 310 men's teams. The name means "ten mil" (100 km) and refers to the total distance run by each team. The actual distance, however, varies from year to year. The 2015 edition was measured to along the straight line between the controls. IFK Lidingö
IFK Lidingö is a Swedish sports club, part of the IFK system, based on the island of Lidingö outside Stockholm. Although the club takes part in numerous sports, it is most famous for its football, athletics and orienteering sections. The football team are called IFK Lidingö FK. The club was founded in 1932 and in 1985 it became an alliance club with independent sections. It currently has 400 members, most of them under around 15 years of age. The club arranges Lidingöloppet, which attracts nationwide attention. Athletics Most notable among former athletes at the club is Ludmila Engquist and Mattias Sunneborn. Kalevan Rasti
Kalevan Rasti is an orienteering club based in Finland. Recently it has been one of the most successful clubs in world orienteering, winning the Jukola and Tiomila relays multiple times. The club won the Tiomila relay in 1983 with Risto Vairinen, Timo Ikonen, Timo Alapiha, Pasi Ikonen, Urpo Väänänen, Jussi Silvennoinen, Arto Muhonen, Markku Piironen, Hannu Pulli and Mika Ruuhiala in the team. It won also in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014. Jaundice, also known as icterus, is a yellowish or greenish pigmentation of the skin and sclera due to high bilirubin levels. Nyköpings OK is a Swedish orienteering club in Nyköping. It was founded in 1958 when the orienteering section of Nyköpings SK became an independent association.
