	Tone Åse Tone Åse (born 24 February 1965 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian singer, known from Norwegian choirs and jazz scenes. She is married to, and musically cooperating with jazz keyboardist Ståle Storløkken. Career After completing teacher education, she studied classical vocals at the Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet, Trondheim Musikkonservatorium and University of Tromsø, Tromsø Musikkonservatorium, and got a master's degree on the Jazz program at Trondheim Musikkonservatorium (2007), where she is still working as an assistant professor. 	Åse Hedstrøm Åse Hedstrøm (born 17 April 1950 in Moss) is a Norwegian contemporary composer. Life and career Åse Hedstrøm studied music at the Institute of Sonology in Utrecht, and composition at the Norwegian State Academy of Music. She continued her studies in Stockholm with composer Sven-David Sandström. After completing her studies, Hedstrøm received a three-year working grant from the state in 1987, and began composing full-time. She received the Norwegian Society of Composers' Work of the Year award for the chamber music work ''Right After'' in 1985 and for the string quartet ''Sorti'' in 1989. She was a noted pioneer in the field of childhood development and psychology. Biography She was born at Kristiania (now Oslo), Norway. She was the daughter of Halvdan Koht (1873–1965) and Karen Elisabeth Grude (1871–1960). Her father was a noted historian and professor and the University of Oslo. Her mother was an educator, author and feminist pioneer. Her brother Paul Koht (1913–2002) was a diplomat and ambassador.
