Groove Production was a record label formed by Chris Palmer. The majority of recordings were in the dance and disco genre. Guy Jeffrey Barker, (born 26 December 1957) is an English jazz trumpeter and composer. Early life Barker was born in Chiswick, London, the son of an actress and a stuntman. Lena Annie Whitehead (born 16 July 1955 in Oldham, Lancashire) is a British jazz trombone player. Career Whitehead learned the trombone in high school and participated in rock and jazz bands. David Maxwell Middleton (born 4 August 1946) is an English composer and keyboardist. Trained as a classical pianist, Middleton also had a strong affinity for jazz.
