municipal division, the district is incorporated as Yemelyanovsky Municipal District and is divided into thirteen rural settlements (corresponding to the administrative district's selsoviets) and one urban settlement.
Urban-Type Settlement, however, is incorporated separately from the municipal district as Kedrovy Urban Okrug.
