Pan maintains a relatively low profile in his personal life. His first girlfriend was a mixed race Chinese-Dutch schoolmate whom he briefly dated for a month. During his high school days, he dated a Japanese senior schoolmate, who is of mixed heritage and a year older. The three-year long relationship ended when Pan started out as an actor and singer.
