Volodymyr Valeriyovych Ostapchuk (Ukrainian: Володимир Валерійович Остапчук) (born 27 September 1984) is a Ukrainian television presenter, voice actor and radio host. He was born in Uman. Ostapchuk hosted Eurovision Song Contest 2017
