Concerns

In 2023 the European Union raised concerns about especially Dominica but also some more Caribbean countries, that they sold citizenships to people from countries like Iran, Russia and China, often with a name change, so unwanted people get free access to the European Union. The EU hinted that visa exemption could be suspended for these countries.
