Plot

A young man named Keaton has a series of encounters in an amusement area, much like Coney Island. Whilst exploring the area, he finds a man trying to set up a hot air balloon ride. He heads to the man, who asks him if he could help put the hot air balloon together. Once they were done, the man kindly awards Keaton with a small chunk of toffee. Keaton immediately eats the toffee, and starts to inflate. His body becomes the balloon part of the hot air balloon, and he stays that way.
