René 'Boy' Konen (23 April 1921 – 14 November 1994) was a Luxembourgish politician and Minister (government), government minister. He served as Minister for Public Works of Luxembourg, Minister for Public Works under Pierre Werner, between 1979 and 1984. Before this, he had been President of the Democratic Party (Luxembourg), President of the Democratic Party (Luxembourg), Democratic Party, to which he belonged, and a member of the Communes of Luxembourg, communal council of Luxembourg City.
