during daytime till 31 December 2020. Like the rest of the Dutch RTL network, RTL Telekids is officially a Luxembourg channel that does not have to adhere to the Dutch media law. As Luxembourg has no real regulator, the channel is also not monitored. On December 31, 2020, RTL Telekids was closed as a block. The channel was then confirmed to close down on January 7, 2023. The channel is now expected to close down entirely.
