Parkerioideae, Synonym (taxonomy), synonym Ceratopteridoideae, is one of the five subfamilies in the fern family Pteridaceae. It includes only the two genera ''Acrostichum'' and ''Ceratopteris''. The following diagram shows a likely phylogenic relationship between the two Parkerioideae genera and the other Pteridaceae subfamilies.
